Archive a Repository

Step One :​

  • Go to Github and sign in to your account

  • Go to repositories page and pick any of your project repository which you want to archive.

Step Two :​

  • Under your repository name, click on Settings.

Step Three :​

  • Scroll down and you will see "Danger Zone".

Step Four :​

  • Under "Danger Zone", click Archive this repository

Step Five :​

  • Now you will see a modal poping up

  • Read the warnings and type the name of the repository you want to archive and click on the button.

  • Once you click on the button , you will see a message .
